“Soft and so approachable. While there are some ‘green’ flavours, fynbos herbaceousness and lemon grass, I loved the mouth filling tropical fruits. Canary melon, papaya and grapefruit skin oil. Just the most delicious glass. And so built for al fresco dining on crunchy summer salads, cos lettuce, slivered apple or pear, crumbled goat’s cheese and candied walnuts. Add a tranche of lemon and butter pan fried SASSI Fish and you are on the way to heaven.
